All parents of pupils at Ballumbie Primary School are encouraged to join and connect to Parents Portal. This will make it easier for both you and school staff to share and provide important information while your child is at Ballumbie.

Parents Portal App

The Parents Portal app is a convenient, secure platform that connects you to Ballumbie Primary. The app allows you to:

• report an absence
• view attendance
• access the Parent Pay online school payment system
• book parents night appointment times
• view your child's report at the end of the school year
• update your details at any time, including contact numbers or other details for
you and other contacts
• complete the annual data check process online (rather than paper form)
• check the school’s calendar
• apply for NEC bus pass
